1. Registration and Account Opening

1.1 To access the full range of big999 services, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number associated with your preferred payment method.

1.2 By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete; (c) you are not already a registered big999 player; (d) you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; (e) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

1.3 big999 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for that refusal.

1.4 You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any of your details change, you must update them promptly via your account settings or by contacting support at [email protected].

2. Identity Verification (KYC)

2.1 big999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. big999 may request identity verification at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any account activity that raises a compliance concern.

2.2 Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or a government-issued photo identification document issued in Bangladesh. Proof of address may also be requested in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement.

2.3 Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension. Any withdrawals pending at the time of suspension will be placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.4 big999 retains the right to verify a player's identity using third-party verification services and to share information with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Players may fund their big999 accounts using any of the supported payment methods listed on the deposit page. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

3.2 All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the player's own name. big999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds deposited from unverified or mismatched payment methods may be frozen pending investigation.

3.3 Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit. The general minimum deposit is ৳100 via mobile wallet services.

3.4 big999 does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile network operator or bank may apply their own transaction charges; big999 has no control over third-party fees.

3.5 Deposited funds are held in your big999 account balance and may be used to place wagers. big999 does not pay interest on account balances.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Players may request a withdrawal of available funds (real-money balance minus any applicable bonus wagering requirements) at any time via the cashier section. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.

4.2 big999 aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad) during standard operating hours. Withdrawals via bank transfer may take longer depending on the receiving institution. big999 makes no binding guarantee of processing times.

4.3 big999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal. Players may be required to submit identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, or source-of-funds documentation as part of this process.

4.4 big999 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 big999 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. The specific terms applicable to each promotion — including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet sizes, and expiry dates — are set out in the individual promotion's terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, and qualifying game contributions vary by promotion.

5.3 big999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses and promotions are intended for personal, recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of promotional offers — including coordinated play between multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings derived from them.

5.4 In the event of any dispute regarding the terms of a specific promotion, the English version of the promotion's terms as published on big999 at the time the promotion was active shall be treated as definitive.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 All bets placed on big999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or game in question. For cricket betting, this includes the BPL Competition Rules, ICC Playing Conditions, and any additional big999 cricket market rules published on the platform. For casino games, the rules of each individual game apply as presented within the game interface.

6.2 big999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

6.3 All bets are settled in accordance with big999's official settlement rules. Results are taken from official sources (e.g., ICC, BCB for cricket). big999's decision on bet settlement is final, subject to any manifest error review process.

6.4 big999 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits and to limit the betting activity of any individual player at its sole discretion, including in cases where a player's betting patterns suggest professional or syndicate activity.

6.5 Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within the relevant sports market or casino game at the time of placing a bet. These limits may be adjusted by big999 at any time and without prior notice.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 big999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. big999 provides players with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible via account settings.

7.3 big999 operates a strict minimum age policy. Players must be at least 21 years of age. big999 uses age verification procedures to prevent underage gambling and will permanently close any account where a player is found to be under the required age, with all funds held in that account forfeited.

7.4 Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the chosen exclusion period has expired. During self-exclusion, the player's account will be suspended and they will be blocked from logging in or opening a new account on big999.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the big999 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, visual design elements, and data compilations, is the property of big999 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the big999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any big999 content without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, big999 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or data; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; (c) loss arising from temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond big999's reasonable control; or (d) any loss arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.

9.2 big999's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 big999 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk.

10. Privacy and Data

10.1 big999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on big999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 big999 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the big999 servers. All stored financial and personal data is handled with appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

11. Account Closure and Termination

11.1 You may close your big999 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, big999 will process any remaining real-money balance (subject to verification requirements) and close the account.

11.2 big999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where big999 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has: breached these Terms; provided false information; engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

11.3 Upon termination, any bonus funds remaining in the account will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to any outstanding verification or investigation requirements.

12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

12.1 If you have a complaint regarding big999's services, you should contact the customer support team in the first instance at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint and your registered username.

12.2 big999 will acknowledge complaints within 2 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and aims to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Complex complaints may take longer to resolve; you will be kept informed of progress.

12.3 big999's decision on any complaint, after completing its internal review process, is final. big999 does not submit to any external alternative dispute resolution scheme unless separately notified to players in writing.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. By using big999, you agree to submit to such jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

13.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
